Job Overview: Oversees and manages the company’s inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and waste.

Job Duties: 
  • Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing inventory control procedures, and conducting regular audits to ensure precision.
  • Inventory Planning: Forecasting demand, planning replenishment, and collaborating with related teams to ensure product availability.
  • Warehouse Management: Overseeing Inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Data Management: Utilizing inventory management software and data analysis to track inventory, identify trends, and generate reports.
  • Cost Management: Implementing strategies to reduce inventory costs and optimize turnover.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring inventory staff, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and presenting inventory reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Creating and implementing a daily cycle counting program.
  • Direct Reports: Cycle counting staff at two locations.
  • Monthly: Coordinates physical inventory counts at month end between both manufacturing facilities alongside department management.

Education and Experience:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Relevant work experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain management is typically required.
